I didn't know the area at all, or how to use Lyft or the train, and the front desk staff were wonderful about helping with all of it. They gave me directions, explained the shuttle, and helped me figure out a Lyft to where I needed to go. Even on a busy weekend, I could check in early, take the shuttle and then the train to my event, and save money. My belongings and car were secure too. I'd gladly stay again. The front desk really went above and beyond.

The accessible room is roomy, the beds are very soft, and the front desk staff are friendly. Breakfast was good, though there wasn't any orange juice this time like there was in June 2025. The apple juice was good, at least. We stayed for a week in June 2025 and had a great time.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave, which came in handy since there aren't restaurants nearby. The hotel was convenient for our stay before my surgery at Buffalo General Hospital down the street, and it's the only nearby hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I use a wheelchair and had an ADA room, but the hallway was so narrow it was hard to turn into the bathroom. There was no roll-in shower or toilet handrail. They brought a shower chair when I asked, but my husband had to help me in and out of the tub, which was painful. Parking is another issue: you have to use valet or park in a ramp a city block away, around a ten-minute walk. I'd recommend it to people coming from out of town for procedures at Buffalo General.

We were in town with my elderly parents, one of whom had a medical procedure nearby. The shuttle made trips to and from the hospital easy, and both drivers were kind and considerate of our needs and physical limitations. The lobby staff were just as helpful, offering the support we needed in a friendly, caring way. I highly recommend staying here and would have no hesitation about coming back.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they really made us feel at home. We had a spotless, comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. From the minute we arrived, everything felt right. This is one of our favorite stays, and we're looking forward to coming back soon.
