Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Buford Mall

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, just right for what we needed, even if it wasn't fancy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they handled a situation that came up with understanding and flexibility. The location is convenient to Mall of Georgia. I'd stay again.

Our room was comfortable and really clean, and the manager was kind and understanding. The staff gave excellent service. We've been to quite a few places in Georgia, and this is hands down the best location. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We called ahead to ask if the pool was heated, and they turned on the heat for us. The room was clean and smelled nice, and it even had the shower cap I needed. They'd folded the towels and toilet paper in a cute way, which felt like an extra bit of care. Breakfast was mostly packaged food and nothing special, but better than having nothing. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it and come back.

Everything else about the hotel was good, but at first my family couldn't enjoy the indoor pool because the room and water were awfully cold. When I raised it at 8:46 pm after checking in, the windows were open and there was mold in the pool room. The front desk said they'd turn on the heat in the maintenance room. We came back at 2 pm the next day and both temperatures seemed unchanged. I reported the cold water again, and they said it was “working.” Two maintenance workers told me their machine read 82, but the water felt really cold. I offered to let them feel it, but they wouldn't. Update: By Tuesday, after we first arrived Sunday night, the water was lukewarm when I came by around 2 pm. When I returned close to 8 pm it didn't feel quite as warm, but it wasn't freezing anymore, and the pool room was nice and steamy. Thanks for the good customer service!
