The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what stood out most was Orniece at the front desk. She welcomed me as soon as I arrived, made check-in quick and easy, patiently answered my questions, and went out of her way to help me feel comfortable during my stay. Her warmth and customer service made a real difference. Thanks, Orniece, for making the visit so pleasant. I’ll definitely be back.
It’s Friday morning again, and I called the front desk about my booking. A courteous, professional young man helped me sort it out, just like before. I’m grateful for the kindness and work ethic of the young men who work here. I feel comfortable and safe here, and I’ve been sleeping really well. I’m so pleased with my stay and plan to remain for a while as I go through a storm in my life. Thank you for being so kind and professional during a hard time. I’m really grateful, and I’ll recommend this suite to my family and friends. God bless.
Destiny was very helpful while I stayed here. The location was great and it was fairly clean, but the place seems to be going downhill fast. I used it temporarily while moving from out of state. The advertised stovetops weren’t there, which was extremely frustrating, and when I raised it with the manager, Ron, he was dismissive. The website also says cats are allowed. When I asked Ron about my daughter’s emotional support cat, he said he’d look into it, then never did. On my last stay, I checked out and was overcharged on a balance that was due. Apparently, the employees don’t communicate with each other. The refrigerator in my room also didn’t work, so I lost money on groceries. In my last room, there was a blood stain on the sheet my daughter was lying on, urine on the bathroom floor, and crumbs all over the kitchen floor. They gave me a replacement sheet, but, ewww. Ron tried to be considerate about people’s finances and helpful in that way. But when I brought up other complaints, he’d say he would let me know, and then nothing got addressed. After I complained to corporate, he basically threatened to kick me out. My complaints to him directly had gone nowhere. There was trash everywhere too. At least there weren’t roaches yet, though at this rate I don’t think it’ll be long before they show up.
Front desk blinds get closed at a certain time, and you may have to call several times before anyone helps. They also don’t provide room service unless you’re booking for two weeks, and I still don’t understand why. The bigger problem was that my property was stolen while I was away from my room. I spoke with the manager, who seemed unconcerned and didn’t want to check who used the keycard or review the cameras for the days I was gone. The staff and manager rudely told me to call the police. There was no compensation or sincere apology. I strongly advise against staying here. I don’t feel your belongings are safe, and I doubt you’d feel safe in a place where staff may enter your room while you’re out. The staff seemed good at smoking and stealing, and that’s about it.
Marvin was especially friendly and helpful, and his customer service made the stay even better. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The hotel was clean and well kept, with a welcoming, family-friendly feel. I had a great visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable place to stay. I’ll tell others to book here too.
