The free “continental breakfast bar” was pretty sparse: waffles, apples, and three sugary cereals, with no decaf. There was no meat, eggs, berries, or sweet breads. The staff were informed, friendly, and helpful, but the rooms are dated, run down, neglected, and in disrepair. The tub and sink were both missing drain seals, carpet teeth were exposed at the bathroom threshold, and duct tape was holding the drapes together.

Stacy was kind and helpful, and I’d stay again if work brings me back to the area. The bed was comfy and mostly clean, though I found a few dust bunnies and a set of eyelashes behind the bathroom faucet.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the parking lot was clean with no garbage. My room was clean too. The carpet was a little old, but at that price I couldn’t complain. I was very pleased with my stay on July 5th.

Just off the interstate, this Bunche, LA hotel is convenient. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, although a bit dated, and the staff are good. Next door there’s a 24 hour truck stop with good food during normal serving hours.
