Deluxe Inn

The price is cheap, and the location isn’t bad if you’re heading toward Miami, but the room was dirty. The sheets had several stains from previous guests. I think they’d been washed, but the marks didn’t come out, and the towels were old and yellowish. There seemed to be a railroad right behind the motel. Train noise and people yelling on the street woke me several times, and it felt like sleeping on a train platform. Cheap price and decent location, but you get what you pay for.

I stayed here for a fishing trip and wasn’t sure what to think from the online listing. The rooms turned out clean and well kept, and the owners were kind and courteous. I felt comfortable leaving my boat and gear there because security cameras are placed around the property. I’d definitely come back.

We were lucky to get the last room, which had just been remodeled and was fresh and really pretty. The place is downtown in a beautiful city, with a small-town feel. It’s family oriented and quiet, and the owners are just good people. They helped us when we were in a tough spot, even though we paid for our stay, and I’m grateful for that. Cozy and comfortable for a quick stay. We’ll be back whenever we’re in town. God bless the family and their business. Highly recommend. 🫶🏽👌🏽💯

We had a double room and another room with three beds for me and four buddies during Bike Week 2024. Both rooms were super clean, and the owner and his wife were really nice. She only asked us not to smoke in the rooms, which I appreciated since I don’t smoke and know how tough it is to get the smell out. There was no coffee in the morning or ice machine. Still, with two convenience stores right out front, it wasn’t a big deal.
