Getting around was easy, with Universal Studios and Burbank Airport only a few minutes away. The property also feels secure, and the rooms were clean and fairly quiet. The front desk team was kind and accommodating, and whenever anything came up, manager Alfredo took care of it promptly. I highly recommend staying here.

We’ve already booked another five-day visit for February, this time with our son. The newly renovated Portofino Inn felt fresh throughout, and our room stayed quiet with the building set back from the road. Alfredo at the desk was friendly and helpful every day, even pitching in when I ran into laptop trouble. My only small gripe was weak water pressure at the bathroom sink. Everything else made for a great stay.

Breakfast being included was a nice bonus, and the service was the best I've had at a hotel. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The place may not look like much from outside, but the rooms are really nice. I love this little hotel, a real hidden gem.

Movie fans might enjoy the lobby photos showing how many productions were filmed here. I also appreciated the well-lit parking lot and free parking for guests. This place turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

This was our third visit to the Portofino Inn Burbank, and we plan to return next year. The service is great, the rooms are nice, and the beds are really comfortable.
