Quality Inn Burbank Airport

The Wi-Fi was good, and the hot breakfast was quite fine. Everyone on staff has been welcoming and friendly. I did notice some road noise in the room, which might be reduced with better weather stripping around the door.

We came for a Universal Studios vacation and the location worked well, about 15 minutes away. The I-5 entrance is right there, and a huge shopping center down the street has Walmart, Target, Marshall's, Outback, Olive Garden, and plenty more. Burbank Town Center mall was also huge, with lots to see. The room was basic, which was fine, and the beds were comfortable enough. There was a pool and hot tub, but a four-day rainstorm meant we never got to try them. The two washers and two dryers on the second floor came in handy after we got soaked all weekend. I loved having grab-and-go breakfast. There were Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese croissants to heat in the microwave, plus yogurt, fruit cups, cereal, granola bars, and fruit. We took the sandwiches back to our room to warm and eat. The room was noisier than I'm used to: the AC and heater, refrigerator, rain hitting the air condenser, and people above and outside all seemed loud. It wasn't a deal breaker, but worth knowing.

The room felt fresh, had no chemical smell, and was clean, nice, and fairly spacious. The bathroom was a good size too. I worried about being so close to I-5 and two main roads, but there was surprisingly little noise indoors. The floors aren't carpeted and felt cold on my feet, so bring slippers.

I stayed here for an extended period. The rooms were okay, though they looked old. The accessible room was much better than the regular ones, and it was a shame that it took so long to get it. In the regular room, I fell backward out of the bathtub shower.
