We booked a suite with two queen beds, but were put in a room with one king. The walls had random screws and stains, and the paint was peeling. There were stains on the sheets, cutters, floor, and couch, plus hair on the bed and in water in the coffee maker. We arrived at 10:15, and a staff member rudely said we were lucky to have made it because she was about to leave, even though check-in was listed until 11 PM.

Our room door wouldn't unlock, even after four or five tries. The clerk came up and tried a device, but it still wouldn't open. We had to leave our things inside and wait for the maintenance guy to come retrieve them after they moved us to another room. This all happened when we got back from dinner. Worst experience ever.

The staff we dealt with were nice, so customer service wasn't the issue. But with that much hair that wasn't ours in the room, it was grotesque. There were no mattress or pillow protectors, and the stained sheets had to be replaced after I asked for fresh ones. The bathroom smelled sour, which I eventually realized was the shower curtain. The pool wasn't available, and breakfast was basic, with no hot food besides waffles. This place might be okay if the rooms were actually cleaned. After this lesson, I'd pay extra for a casino hotel or somewhere in Wichita Falls just to avoid the cleanliness problem.

The pool has been closed for maintenance for months, but room prices still make it seem like the hotel is fully functional. Rooms also often aren't ready when they're supposed to be. Fire alarms go off randomly in the morning, and when I asked for the customer support number, they gave me a false one. Absolutely don't recommend.

The beds in our room were broken, the AC didn't work, breakfast was terrible, and the rooms smelled like sewage. But the worst part was staying there two nights with my two kids. At 7:00 am on the second morning, a large man tried to barge in because the doors wouldn't lock. My daughter was scared out of her mind. About an hour later, it happened again. Both times they tried to come straight in instead of knocking. I called the front desk to ask when checkout was, and they said noon. I asked why they thought it was okay for two people to barge in at 7:00 am. They said they only had me booked for one night, though we had paid for two. They apologized and said they were trying to reach the general manager, but saying sorry doesn't undo the fear they caused my kids. DO BETTER!!!!!!
