Days Inn by Wyndham Burleson Ft. Worth

0 stars, but I had to choose one to post. I paid for a King Bed through Hotels.com and was put in a room with 2 double beds. After I complained, they gave me an upstairs room, but the AC didn't work. The Front Desk / Owner then gave me the key back to the original Dump Room with 2 Double beds, as if to teach me a lesson. There were at least 60 rooms and only 8 vehicles in the lot. There should be laws to protect consumers, and Hotels.com should choose its partner properties better.

Usually not expensive, and the rooms seem clean and comfortable. They're fine, the staff are okay, and there's nothing special about the place. No breakfast.

Save your money. The bathroom ceiling looked like it might fall on me, and ants had set up a colony behind the mirror. There were cigarette holes in the sheets, and breakfast felt like jail food with hardly anything to choose from. I asked housekeeping for ant killer and was told they'd be right back, but they never came. The office said there was nothing they could do for us.

The room was nasty. There was hair on the toilet, the tub was dirty, the shower curtain was nasty, and the tub had no stopper. I had to clean the toilet and tub myself before using them. I have pictures but can't post them. BEWARE, THERE ARE NO SMOKE ALARMS IN THE ROOMS!
