Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention Center

The room was clean, had no carpet, and the bed was wonderful. My husband uses a wheelchair, so the roll-in shower worked well for us; they also brought in the shower chair we needed. The reception staff were pleasant and very helpful, and we both really liked the room and service.

We ended up staying longer than we'd planned, partly because the hot tub was great. The staff were nice, and our room was plenty spacious, with a queen-size bunk bed for the kids that made the visit easier. It's an older place that could use some updates, but it's pet friendly too.

The staff were nice and breakfast was good, but we had a rough time with the bathroom. The toilet water was very low when we arrived, then rose higher every time we flushed, and the shower stopped draining after a couple of minutes. We called the front desk. She offered to move us, but it was almost midnight and we were already settled, so we thought a plunger might do the trick. The toilet still wouldn't flush, and we had to use the lobby bathroom. When we told the desk again in the morning, the associate said they knew and had been getting lots of complaints about it.

I like staying here. Having a Perkins right on site is handy, and the location works well for the nearby small towns that don't have a hotel. Nice place, and I'll be back.
