The whole visit was a great experience. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the pool was fun and stayed open late. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful: they had a toy for my kid, offered snacks and drinks when we arrived, helped with our belongings, and offered to move us to the first floor if I preferred.

Our car broke down, and although we hadn't planned to stay in burley, we needed a place with a good deal. The woman at the front desk found one for us and was so friendly and helpful. She also helped us find a pack n play for our baby and accommodated our needs. I wish I'd gotten her name, but she had dark eyelashes and shoulder-length blonde crimped hair.

The beds are just right for my old bones, and the breakfast is always too north. Everyone is efficient and wonderful to work with, and you can tell they care about doing things right. I travel back and forth across S Idaho, and this is my favorite little place. The rate is excellent compared with the other Marriott locations across Idaho. Keep up the phenomenal job.

The staff were very kind, and it's a good place, but the whole hotel smells musty. I think there may be a mold issue, and my allergies were really bad here. Don't go if you have mold allergies.

It's in a quiet location, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are a nice perk here.
