The shuttle got us to the airport when it said it would, and breakfast was better than at other hotels we've stayed in. The building is older, but the beds were very comfortable. A good choice when you're staying near San Francisco airport.

After my work event, my colleague dropped me off that evening and check-in was easy. The room felt safe, was clean and quiet, and I slept comfortably before my early flight. The 4:55 am shuttle was right on time. I'd stay here again.

I booked one night near the airport four months in advance, then tried to change the reservation the next day. Even though I'd paid extra for trip insurance, they said changes weren't allowed and I'd owe the full amount with no refund. I lost $150. They showed no interest in helping, and it felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me. Be careful. I'll go back to the Hyatt regency, which is much better value. Stay away.

The rooms were clean and everything else was very good, but my room still hadn't been cleaned when I returned on my last day after asking for it. I had to go back out so housekeeping could do it. Also, when I asked about the missing waffle mix, an Asian woman from the kitchen was very rude.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous, and check-in was quick. The airport is close, but I barely heard any air traffic. Parking is on site, though it costs extra, and there isn't much food within walking distance. Breakfast is free in the morning. I'd come back.
