You get what you pay for, I guess. The room was supposedly cleaned thoroughly, but there were someone's leftovers in the fridge and mouse droppings on the floor. When we forgot our six-year-old's blanket, the staff weren't helpful. They took my number and never called, and when I followed up, I felt like an inconvenience.

The pool was closed, which took a point off, and I thought the price was a bit high. Still, it was a nice place to stay. My third-floor room was very quiet and had two queen beds with lots of space. It was a little dated, but nice overall, and there are two elevators, one at each end.

The staff were very polite, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the hotel interior was clean from the moment we walked into the lobby. Our bed was comfortable and clean, though the pillows weren't great. A spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom would help, and the pool seemed to have far too much chemical in it. It's about a mile and a half outside town, tucked away from the busy area. The location and rooms really surprised me, especially since the hotel didn't seem very busy. Aside from those small things, keep doing what you're doing. Thank you!

Our trip had a lot of setbacks when our vehicle ended up in a repair shop for 24 hours, but the hotel staff made the stay pleasant. They helped us arrange an extra night we hadn't expected, suggested mechanics, and let us wait in the lobby for hours after checkout. They were so accommodating throughout. We'll definitely book here again.
