My husband and I have stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites twice now. The first was an overnight stop in Miami before a cruise, and we were happy with it then. Our stay at the Burlington, NC location was just as good. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, service was great, and breakfast was good. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff’s kindness and the thoughtful touches they added to celebrate Elon graduation really stood out. I rarely write reviews, but they deserve the recognition. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and worked well for both relaxing and getting work done. This was one of my best hotel stays, even compared with high-end Hilton hotels like the Waldorf. I hope the team keeps getting rewarded for the care they put in.

Sasha was especially friendly and made check-in easy, and the front desk and breakfast staff were all very nice. We had a quiet room on the fifth floor. The suites are a great upgrade, with lots of space and an extra bar sink beside the microwave and refrigerator. The place has clearly been renovated, everything looks new and clean. I’d definitely recommend it.

The fridge barely got cold even on its highest setting, and I thought the free breakfast selection was limited. Still, those were small drawbacks compared with a clean, comfortable room, a great shower, and a pleasant shared area. The staff were super friendly, and coming and going was easy. I had a great stay and would come back.

Everything was ready when I arrived early in the afternoon, including my very clean room. Check-in was smooth, and I was greeted warmly by smiling staff. This location is convenient for anyone visiting the local hospital, with Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Chick-A-Fila nearby. It’s been revamped and looks excellent. Breakfast is served in the lobby from 6 to 10 a.m.
