Quality Inn Burlington

The TV remote barely worked, with no volume control, so I had to unplug the TV to turn it off for the night. The toilet kept running all night too. I only needed somewhere to sleep, but ended up doing handyman work to get some peace. Otherwise, it wasn't bad. Nice place, but it needs attention to detail. I'm an optimist, if anyone's listening.

The room floors are vinyl wood, and the stay wasn't a great experience. Breakfast was just a waffle iron, with no eggs, sausage, or biscuits. If you want a hot breakfast, you'll have to get it somewhere else. I won't stay again.

The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is decent, and the restaurant next door is within walking distance with really good food. Overnight staff also kindly made coffee a little early for us since we're early risers. We thought coffee would be available 24/7, but it's only out during breakfast. The price still doesn't feel worth it for this location. In room 107, the tub patch was cracking and the tub felt spongy, like it might give way. We reported it on Jan 31, 2026. Anthony from maintenance agreed it needed full replacement, but said the owners wanted to patch it again. They wouldn't move us to another room so the repair could be done. Maintenance said the repair needed at least 24 hours to set, meaning no shower, and he never returned while we were there. Maybe they were waiting for checkout, but if the room was rented again, the next guest might not be able to shower. They were supposedly sold out for the first two or three days of February, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Half the microwave buttons didn't work either.

The website says there's a pool and hot tub, but there wasn't either. Our room never cooled down, though opening the window helped. The entry, hallways, and breakfast room were around 80 degrees. The rooms were okay, but breakfast was disappointing, just carbs and juice.
