The Rex Club

The steak was the highlight of the night, juicy, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. We'd never had a better one in over a year. Rebecca made us feel welcome as soon as we sat down, and her recommendations were spot-on. The warm, freshly baked bread was soft, fragrant and delicious, too. Chef Terry, you outdid yourself. Every bite made us happy, and we'll be dreaming of this meal until we come back to The Rex Club.

We were passing through Burney when we spotted this charming restaurant and decided to stop. The clam chowder was perfect, and the bread was fantastic. We also had the steak and Chicken Marsala Gorgonzola, both fresh, cooked perfectly and delicious. The food was full of amazing flavors, and Terry is an amazing chef. Service was amazing as well. Stop by if you're on your way through Burney Falls!

Rex’s has clean as a whistle, 1930s Americana decor that feels like a time capsule. We had a fabulous sit-down meal, with quick, friendly service. I had lemon chicken with wild rice and farm-fresh steamed veggies. One son got a rib eye and the other had ravioli, and they both loved their meals. Delicious food and excellent service, give Rex’s all the stars.

The clam chowder and salad were great, and I loved the Marsala Gorgonzola Chicken. My wife really enjoyed the Lemon Rosemary Chicken. One of the best meals we've ever had!
