I used the hotel for park, sleep, and fly. The pool water wasn't heated, and the included breakfast had a limited selection. I also think guests should be told that the airport shuttle is a third-party service that uses Lyft. They didn't ask how many people or how much luggage we had. When the driver arrived, they said, "this won't work," so the service had to order us a larger Lyft vehicle.

They were doing a huge construction project while still charging guests to stay, and I got woken up by a hammer drill at 6 a.m. I have never seen ownership put on such a cheap, shitty display in all my years. Don't stay until the remodeling is done. If you have children, I'd be careful too, since all the emergency exits go through hallways with exposed wiring and open rooms. The owners should be ashamed.

The stay itself was fine, but our bill included candy we hadn't bought. When we called to fix the charge, the manager was unpleasant and unprofessional, and said they had video proof. We're retired and don't eat that kind of candy, and whoever signed for the purchase used neither of our correct names. The manager did eventually refund the cost, though reluctantly. Her handling of it made sure we won't stay there again.

It was a great stay, and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good too. My only complaint was the strong chlorine smell around the pool while my son was swimming.
