I booked a room for the wrong city by mistake and requested a free cancellation, which they approved. Even so, they charged me the fee. When I called to ask why and see if they could look into it, the man said, “I'll search you up and call you back.” Two days passed with no word, and once the charge cleared from pending I had to dispute it. Every time I spoke with someone, the customer service felt like I was bothering or interrupting them.

I'm staying here now, and the morning staff have been disrespectful and harassing for no reason. The room is filthy. The pillowcases weren't changed, they just put a clean one over the old ones, and there was hair on the bed. There are disgusting things on the bathroom wall that clearly haven't been cleaned in a long time. I don't know what I did to be treated this way, and I hadn't even complained about the mess they left before I arrived!

Motel 6 is a very, very good hotel. It's kept really clean, feels safe, and is close to restaurants and gas stations. It's right off the freeway, couldn't ask for anything better.

The room was adequate and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I could bring my dog at no extra cost.

The bed frames weren't proper and shifted every time I moved in bed. The sheets felt damp, and the room still seemed dirty, like nobody had cleaned it. The bathroom was so filthy I couldn't take a shower. Paint was peeling all over the shower wall, and someone else's hair was all over the toilet seat. Run from this hotel.
