We were seriously considering this location because it's closer to work, but one call changed our minds. I was comparing amenities and rates and wanted to talk it over with my husband before sharing a name or booking details. I thanked the reservations woman and said I'd call back if interested. She hung up without a word, not even a goodbye. That felt rude and disrespectful, so we immediately crossed this place off and don't mind driving a few extra minutes elsewhere. Management shouldn't have someone handling customers if they can't manage basic courtesy.

Think of this as rental-style lodging more than a hotel. For long stays, housekeeping comes every two weeks, and you can ask for towel exchanges. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and tissues are supplied, though things often run out and the vending machines frequently quit working. The grab-and-go breakfast is mostly 3-4 sugary items, plus coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. This branch is better than some others, but still limited. I still recommend it because the team is supportive and helpful, and they do their best to assist guests.

The staff made a real difference during my stay at Extended Stay America – Burr Ridge. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and willing to help, and they went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. My room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with what I needed to be comfortable. It's also easy to get around from here, with shops, restaurants, and major highways nearby. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the Burr Ridge area.

The room was very clean, and the bathtub and bathroom were great. The beds were comfortable too. The phone in the room didn't work, but otherwise everything was great. For the price, the front desk staff were amazing.

The service was horrible, and so was the manager. The place isn't affordable, just cheap and tacky, and what you actually pay is never the price you were quoted. Be very careful if you have a pet, the fees are astronomical. They seem to have no understanding of federal or ADA law regarding service animals. Laundry costs $9 a load, and you only get the senior discount for seven days. Stay longer and you lose it. Be careful.
