Morongo Casino Resort & Spa

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had amazing views. I came for a company event and was impressed by how clean the place was and how helpful everyone was, including security. At check-in, my name wasn’t on file. I think the supervisor’s name was Matt. He tried a couple of times to find it on the computer, then picked up my suitcase and walked me to the event. He said I could come back afterward and they’d sort everything out. When I went back, it was already taken care of, with no argument or hassle. He just wanted to make sure I felt welcome. I work in customer service, and I thought that was top notch. The only downside was that I didn’t win, but that’s because I’m terrible at poker. I’ll definitely be back.

I haven’t hit the jackpot, but I always come away with something. The food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the music gets people dancing. I don’t drink alcohol, so I can’t say how those drinks are. This is a casino I love coming back to. It’s very clean, and the staff in security, guest services, food and beverage, and elsewhere are always kind and courteous. I really can’t complain.

Parking was easy, and I took advantage of the cheap gas and car wash on site. We had our company holiday party there today and ate at The Marketplace. The food was good and the staff friendly. The casino floor was packed but ran well, and the dealers were fun and friendly. I even made a few bucks back. It had a bit of a Vegas feel and was a fun time overall. I didn’t stay in a room, so I can’t comment on that.

There’s always plenty going on at Morongo Indian Casino, with lots of entertainment and too many slots to choose from. Every kind of card game is available, and visitors and hotel guests can both access the High Roller room and common area. The buffet is delicious, and the steakhouse is a great restaurant too. It’s a fun place whether you win or lose your money. Good luck!
