Days Inn and Suites Caldwell

After checking in, I went to look at the room before bringing in my luggage. The blackout curtains had black stains that looked like mold, and there were unknown stains on both the mattress and box spring. I reported it to the desk clerk, who said something must have spilled on the bed. I had to wait a while before the clerk came over from a side area. She checked me in wearing a one-piece romper and had a piercing on each cheek. The hotel isn't directly off the interstate.

We've stayed here twice a year for the past five years, but this visit was awful. Two large dresser drawers wouldn't open, the bedside area was dirty, and the sheet had a big dried blood stain. The woman at the front desk made my husband feel like she thought he was lying. I waited to post this, hoping to hear from the hotel, but never did.

The room was very clean, and the location made it convenient to find plenty of places to eat. Breakfast had a great selection, too.

The breakfast is one of my favorite things here, and the rooms are very clean. The reception staff are friendly and always willing to give great service. They do a great job all around. It's an excellent place, and I highly recommend it. Thanks for all your effort and dedication 😁
