Comfort Suites

The hotel itself was clean and nice, with hot food and a pleasant pool. It's near the beach, though getting back into the parking lot means driving past it and making a U-turn. That can be annoying with beach traffic, but otherwise I was very pleased.

For a low-cost stay of a night or two, it does the job, though the rooms need a thorough cleaning. The tub was very clean, but the shower head needed scrubbing and the fabric curtain was moldy along the bottom. There was dirt on the bed's thicker middle sheet, and the curtains were dirty and wouldn't fully close. The floors needed mopping, with mold especially behind the door and near the bathroom door. The fridge also had mold and old spills or stains inside. I've stayed in worse places, but this one needs attention and a refresh. It has potential.

Someone I had just met suggested this place, and I'm glad I listened. My room was spacious, clean, and felt safe, a 10 out of 10 for me. The staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast the next morning was hot and fresh. I had waffles, orange juice, and bacon. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the couch and bed were both comfortable. I felt safe, and everyone was polite throughout my stay. At the front desk, Kealey greeted me with a bright smile and was incredibly helpful after I accidentally booked the wrong date. She checked with the manager, who approved everything. Kealey asked about things other hotels never ask, and I think she deserves a raise. Roger, the cook, was very sweet too. I've stayed at many hotels, and at 40 I've never had people treat me this well. The whole experience was amazing.
