Parking was spacious and easy, which I appreciated after a long drive. The location was convenient too, right off the highway and within walking distance of Taco Bell, Burger King, Wendy’s, and McDonald’s. Aldi and a few convenience stores were nearby, so it was easy to pick up food or anything else I needed. My room had been newly updated, was spotless, and had fresh linens and a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in keeping things clean and well maintained. Service from the front desk and housekeeping was five stars. Smooth, comfortable stay, and the location worked really well for travelers.

The front desk guy was super nice and helpful, about the only good thing I can say. The room was awful and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs.

There isn't even ice here. They tell you to go across the street to the days inn for it. The front desk clerk was rude, and the place costs $80 a night. The rooms had roaches, stained sheets and towels, and water damage everywhere. There was no mini fridge or microwave. Drug addicts live here and ask you if you have crack. It wouldn't be worth staying even if they gave the rooms away for free. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

The first room had huge blood stains and dirt on the pillow and sheets. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted a replacement, but it was in the same condition: the bed wasn't even made, it was dirty, and the window was broken and wouldn't close. We left and booked another hotel, and now we're fighting to get our money back. They doubled the charge for everyone in our party. Worst experience ever.
