The location made getting around Silver Spring Downtown easy, with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance. I also appreciated having access to a full Gold’s Gym while traveling, which made it simple to keep up my workout routine. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with luxury bedding that helped me sleep well. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the mini-fridge and coffee maker were useful. The hotel has a relaxed, modern feel. It was great value, and I’ll definitely be back.

The front desk clerk was really pleasant, and after our long drive for a nearby medical appointment, check-in went smoothly. But housekeeping knocked at about 10:20 in the morning even though checkout wasn’t until noon. Before I could answer, they were already trying to enter with a key. My kid was asleep and I was in the bathroom, so thank goodness I’d put the latch on. That was very disappointing. There was no reason for them to come so early.

Breakfast here is cooked to order, which I much prefer to the usual low-cost buffet. The staff were very nice, and my room was clean with enough outlets to charge several devices. There’s also fast EV charging in the parking lot. A convenient location near Rider wood.

The breakfast was delicious and better than I expected, and the front desk and bistro staff were friendly, professional, and respectful. The place felt peaceful and was nicely decorated, with clean, comfortable rooms and clean, safe facilities. Shopping and dining on Cherry Hill Rd are nearby, and it’s easy to reach Rt. 29, 200, the beltway, DC, and Nova. Everything went well from check-in through checkout. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean, but Grace at the front desk made the biggest impression. When our plans changed on the morning we checked out, she was extremely helpful.
