We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit family in California. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a modern look that seemed freshly renovated. We also got a little goodie bag, a thoughtful touch. At check-in there was a line, and we were already stressed, but Shaniea (I believe that was her name) made the wait feel much easier. She was quick and thorough while still being warm and smiling. She even chatted a little about her Valentine’s Day plans, which made the interaction feel personal. My wife and I stayed on Valentine’s Day, and her professionalism and positive attitude really set the tone for a 10/10 visit.

The room worked well for two people, with a comfortable layout and a great bed. Even though the hotel is close to the freeway, it was quiet inside. Breakfast was quite good, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was here for business, and the location made that convenient. It’s not a high-frills place, but I was pleased with my stay and would return and recommend it.

I felt safe here, and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. For the price, I thought the place was very nice. About the lady who said she saw roaches, I doubt it. Next time, include a picture of what you’re accusing them of.

I think comfort, safety, and a good night’s rest matter most at a hotel, and I’ve found all of that here. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve had in Camarillo for under $200 a night. The area feels secure, and long-term employees give the place a steady feel. Staff communicate well from the front desk to housekeeping. There’s an elevator and luggage carts, Spectrum cable TV, a clean pool and hot tub, daily breakfast, and good towels every day. The location also makes quick deliveries easy. Some inconveniences can be temporary. During one stay, they were replacing a water heater and resurfacing the lot, which caused a day or two of disruption. Rooms by the stairs or elevator will naturally have some noise, and booking earlier gives you a better room selection.

I feel safe here, and I feel my car is safe too. The rooms are nicely appointed, with a microwave, mini fridge, late model TV, and comfortable beds. Breakfast has a range of choices, including fruit, juice, yogurt, breads, danishes, waffles, and sometimes bacon or sausage and eggs. It stays stocked, and the breakfast staff are friendly and professional. Housekeeping are kind if you need a room freshened up, an extra towel, or anything else. Maintenance staff are friendly too. Pillo said hello in the hallway, and when I asked a question, they helped even though it wasn’t their responsibility. Dora wears several hats. I’ve stayed here several times in recent weeks, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. Peter, the GM, comes across as caring about the property, the staff, and the guest experience. I’ve worked in leadership myself and for some great leaders, and I think he’s a strong upper management person. The first time I called around 8 PM to ask Allison about availability and pricing, she was genuinely friendly, professional, and easy to connect with. After I booked by phone, she was just as welcoming in person at check-in. Watching the front desk staff greet guests and see them off has been a pleasure. I’m 55 and have traveled plenty, staying in both great hotels and not-so-great ones. In my experience, this property deserves five stars. I wanted to share that because the team works hard to give guests a good stay. Thanks for reading my long review, and thanks to the staff for their consistent effort.
