We only live a few miles away in Malden, but after this stay we’ll definitely come back for a weekend away. We’d booked the hotel to be closer to my husband’s work during the blizzard, and my birthday happened to fall during the visit. I didn’t mention it, but Joyce surprised us with a beautiful room, snacks, drinks, and a birthday card from the front desk team. Brody and Joyce were so fun to talk with and made us feel at home. As a former Marriott front desk employee and now a Titanium member, I can’t say enough about the staff here. It’s rare to meet people who are both professional and so genuine. Brody and Joyce are lovely people and a real credit to the Marriott name. Thanks, Emilie and Ben

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and recently refurbished, and the showers were quite nice. Having a parking deck is useful if you’re driving. Getting to things on foot isn’t very convenient, though, and Harvard Square is about a 20-minute drive away.

Brody Runyon, the Guest Supervisor, gave us such a warm welcome at reception. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, and went out of his way to make the stay a great experience. The rooms were spotless and modern, with upgrades, comfortable beds, and fresh new bedding. Breakfast was great too. I definitely recommend this hotel, and if you stay, ask for Brody Runyon.

AC Hotel by Marriott has a clean, contemporary feel and a calm, comfortable atmosphere. Service is courteous and professional, so the experience feels smooth. The food is good and the menu is nicely presented, though the choices can feel limited at times. A dependable option for a relaxed stay or casual meal, especially if you like modern hotels.

The hotel looked nice, but we ran into several room problems. We had to switch rooms because the layout made it impossible to unfold the sofa bed. There were no blankets, so we had to ask for some, and the key card failed several times. The room was cleaned only every other day.
