Beautiful hotel in a great location, and I enjoyed the stay. I just wish the cleaning staff wouldn't come by every day with a "sorry we missed you". The sheets don't need to be washed daily.

Breakfast was the highlight for me. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the quality stood out from the usual hotel food. Staff were warm, polite, and attentive throughout, adding to the nice atmosphere. My room at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge was comfortable and well-appointed, though a few areas showed some wear. It wasn't anything major, but it stopped the room from feeling completely fresh. A good four-star stay, and I'd happily return, especially for breakfast.

We got a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room, and that balcony was massive, with the most stunning view! The beds were really soft and comfortable, and the hotel is right by MIT and BU, with great access to the rest of Boston and the Harvard area. Staff were very nice. Breakfast isn't complimentary for everyone, unfortunately, but you can buy it, and there's a nice restaurant too.

The river and city view from our room was beautiful, and I've never seen a cleaner hotel room. The fitness room is really well equipped. The parking fees are out of sight, as other reviews say, so we parked elsewhere and walked.

The restaurant food was fair at best, and I'm not sure I'd stay here again. We were first given a room right beside a noisy elevator. A manager moved us and offered to comp breakfast the next morning, but the front desk had no record of that offer. They also insisted on charging for the room even though we'd prepaid through Hotels.com and showed them proof. We needed another manager to sort it out. The rooms themselves were decent.
