The management and concierge made the biggest impression on me. They were quick and professional whenever I needed help, and treated me like a neighbor in a welcoming community, even with people constantly coming and going. The place itself was neat and modern, too. My family and I had a wonderful time during our short stay, and I’m sad to leave. Thank you so much, especially Lee T!

The location, apartment interior, and updated kitchen appliances were all excellent, and maintenance was dependable and responsive. We also found the lease team friendly and flexible, and felt appreciated as tenants. As newcomers to Boston from overseas, we were glad this was our first place. We enjoyed living here for a year and a half. Most residents were lovely. I did have a bad experience with one person who often occupied the common area, apparently to save on electricity. Once, she interrupted a meeting with my friends to switch on the common area TV, which struck me as rude. I heard that some apartments are in an affordable housing program, which may contribute to a mix of behaviors among residents. The former concierge staff were unpleasant, though things improved a lot after the staff changed. We had a great time here and I don’t think you’d regret choosing the apartment, especially if the rent works for your budget. Still, I noticed what seemed like cost-cutting: fewer features in the resident portal and elevator problems that dragged on. I’m not sure the place will stay as pleasant as it was.

We moved from KBL to 100 about nine months ago, and we’re really enjoying the apartment. The building keeps making improvements, which makes it feel like management cares about residents’ experience. Ibrahim and his long-time maintenance crew have been consistently quick and efficient. A new dishwasher arrived just a couple of days after we put in a request. Lee T. has also been incredibly helpful and responsive. The concierge staff are polite and professional, adding to the welcoming feel. Thanks so much!

We’re very happy with the service here. Brendan, our leasing consultant, knew the residences well and was helpful and responsive while guiding us to the right apartment. The apartment has lovely views, it’s quiet, and the location and services in this block are great.
