The courtyard is a lovely place for kids and weekend barbecues, and the building also has two gyms that never felt crowded, a small indoor pool, meeting rooms, and a game room. I especially enjoyed the seasonal get-togethers with live music and free food and drinks, plus the outdoor film events that helped neighbors connect. The apartments have new furniture and appliances, and are laid out well. Staff and management are friendly and quick to help with questions or problems. The Kendall Square location is great, within walking distance of the T, grocery stores, restaurants, and many Cambridge companies.

A few months after I moved out, I called the front desk at 303, and Mustafa still remembered me. He was kind and went out of his way to help with what I needed. He and another gentleman whose name I don't know have both been consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. The management is lucky to have such a caring front desk team.

We stayed at Third Square Apartments in Cambridge, MA for three months in spring and summer 2023, with our nine-month-old son. Kyle and Amir were wonderful with him, and he was delighted whenever they greeted him as we came and went. The front desk staff were kind and always ready to help. We had a fantastic time living there and would love to return one day.

For nine years, Kyle Cherif's support and help made Third Square feel like home to us. We loved chatting with him and seeing him interact with residents, always with a smile. He also made it easy for my husband Rick to host company meetings and holiday celebrations in the beautiful facilities, handling everything professionally and cheerfully. We both enjoyed cooking in the courtyard and using the gym. Kyle, you're a real asset to Third Square Corporation, and we'll miss you. Thank you for all you do, Irma and Rick.

The price is high, but the facilities are great, especially the courtyard, which felt like a beautiful break from the city. I lived at Third Square for five years, and it was the people who made it feel like home: Stephen, Tommy, Kyle, Maria, Junior, and many others. They're responsive, kind, and always welcoming, with a smile for everyone. Thank you : ) When I moved out, Kyle and Maria also saved the day by helping coordinate the UPS pickup for the boxes I shipped from the complex.
