Nightshade Inn & Gardens

You can tell the owner takes pride in this family-run motel. The room was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely come back.

The room was small, but all we needed was somewhere to sleep for one night. It was freshly remodeled and smelled clean and new when we arrived. The bathroom was nice, the beds comfortable, and the amenities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place sits far enough from the road to stay quiet. I expected to be disappointed after seeing most other places were booked, but this was nowhere near the usual plain roadside motel experience. I've paid more than twice as much for worse rooms. Nice job. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area.

They had fruit, water, and snacks in both the room and the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved staying here. We'd happily come back.

The owners were so welcoming, and the whole place had the feel of a well-kept country cottage instead of a hotel. I was visiting friends in Marcellus and stayed at the Nightshade Inn & Gardens. My room was cozy and spotless, with fresh fruit and snacks waiting for me. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the Wi-Fi was excellent for staying in touch and getting work done. It's reasonably priced, but the stay felt like more than I paid for. I can see why it became one of my favorite hotel experiences, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I'll be back.
