This was our second stay, and we’ll be back. The service is phenomenal, with the front desk staff going above and beyond. Our granddaughters love the clean pool, and for $5 each they can swim with us. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is pet friendly. It could use some updates, but it’s a comfortable, clean place to stay.

We were moving from TN to SD and ran into a storm, so I was grateful they had a room available. Check-in was easy, the place was quiet, and my dog’s deposit was refunded promptly when I checked out. They had a free breakfast, which was satisfactory. It was a very nice experience, and I’d definitely stay again.

The breakfast had waffles you could make, some pastries, coffee and juice, all complimentary. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. It was quiet and peaceful when I checked in on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and the woman at the desk was very kind and polite. My TV had a problem, but they fixed it very quickly. Check-out was a breeze, and it was a very nice stay.

The room was clean, and the woman at the front desk was friendly. My $100 deposit, which was more than the $89 room cost, was returned quickly. The shower was okay, but the water smelled strongly of chlorine. The bed was hard as a rock, and I slept terribly. The walls were thin, too. I could hear the neighbors getting active at 3 a.m. All in all, a very mediocre stay.

I really appreciated how patient everyone was with me. My English isn’t very good, but the person who answered my call understood what I was saying. The manager even used a translator to explain some things I didn’t understand in Spanish. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I loved my stay. The price was reasonable, breakfast was included, and there’s a pool. The location was the one thing I didn’t like, but even so, it was a five-star experience for me.
