Sue at Ray of Sunshine Catering has handled many company events for us, most recently our summer picnic. The food is always fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. She goes out of her way to work around menu requests, dietary needs, and allergies, and takes care of all the details from delivery and setup to cleanup. That makes planning easy and lets us enjoy the event without stress. We’ve had her cater dinners, lunches, and brunches, and employees and guests have raved about every one. Her homemade desserts are a real highlight. Thanks, Sue, for the wonderful food and service. We’re already looking forward to the next event!

Sue handled everything, from planning the menu and organizing it to bringing it to the off-site location, serving, and cleaning up. She greeted everyone with a smile, too. Her food was amazing, and the desserts were even better. Every person at the party loved the whole experience and was happy. I can’t say enough about Sue or her service!

We’re so glad we found Ray of Sunshine catering. Sue is a great listener and somehow turns the foods you can only imagine into reality. She catered our son and daughter-in-law’s bridal shower in April and their rehearsal dinner in June. We usually cook for special occasions ourselves, but these were big days and Sue came through in a big way. The shower was a tea, with a variety of unusual, delicious mini tea sandwiches. We asked for cardamom fig scones, and the recipe she came up with knocked our socks off. The rehearsal dinner had a picnic theme. Sue recreated our family potato salad recipe perfectly, and her coleslaw is a must for any picnic. She’s an amazing chef.

I made a somewhat last-minute request for cupcakes for a party, and Sue at Ray of Sunshine was great to work with and got them done in time. They were fantastic: we chose four custom flavors, the decorating looked great, and we got lots of compliments.

Sue catered my granddaughter’s graduation party, and everyone raved about how delicious the food was. She added a couple of unexpected items that delighted us, and used some of her own dishes to dress up the fruit platters. If we have another occasion, she’ll be my go-to. Seriously, let Sue take the stress away. Many thanks, you really are a Ray of 🌞 Sunshine!
