The location is incredible, just a minute’s walk down to the beach. The staff were kind and lovely with our energetic toddler, and there were bunnies hopping around the property! Blue Heron Cottage was roomy and so comfortable, much nicer than the pictures suggest. The linens, beds, and towels were all so soft, and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. We had the best time!

The view of Haystack rock is incredible, it’s right there in front of you. The room was clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful extras. I’ve stayed at plenty of places along the coast, including hotels, motels, and Airbnb's, and The Seasprite at Haystack Rock is wonderful. Cathy was such a kind, welcoming host and went out of her way to make my stay memorable.

We spent time with the very cute, friendly “wild” bunnies that live on the property, and may have given them plenty of carrots. There are fire pits down the stairs on the beach, and we had a fire there. The room was on the small side, but cozy and just right for us, with our own parking spot directly outside. Best of all, you can step out and walk straight to the beach for amazing views of Haystack and the other rocks.

The lawn right outside the front window, between the building and ocean, is full of bunnies. We’ve been coming here for years. Room three is the one to get, with Haystack Rock right in the middle of the window. It’s very clean and modern, and the staff are quick to respond.

We only had a short stay, but it was so sweet. We were a couple in the smaller 1A unit, which suited us perfectly, and it had everything we needed. The location is great and getting onto the beach is easy.
