We paid a premium and got rough conditions. The location and atmosphere seemed promising, but the air conditioning was badly inadequate and we were sweating a lot. There was no hot water either. We had to find the breaker box and switch on the water heater ourselves, along with dealing with many other breakers that had been off before we arrived. We contacted the owner or management company as soon as we got there, but they weren't helpful.
