Whitewater Condos

We booked Unit C for five of us, and the kids had a great time tubing with direct access to the Guadalupe River. The condos were peaceful and easy to find, with plenty of parking, and the staff were very helpful. Our unit was clean and had the basic necessities. The garbage disposal wasn't working, though. We plan to come back in the near future.

The river's right behind the place, and you can fish there. There's also a BBQ area out back with chairs.

The staff we met were all really nice, and we were happy with the condo we rented for the weekend. It was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. It's right at the top of the horseshoe, so you can jump in to float and get out at the end. From there, there's a shuttle back to the condos, or you can walk about 10 minutes along the path. We'll definitely come back next time.

We stayed in Unit C in March '24. The riverside grass area, with picnic tables and chairs, is a nice feature, and the location right on the Guadalupe River is fantastic. Our clean two-bedroom unit had the amenities we needed for a short stay, though it's on the front of the building and has no river view. As an end unit, it gets steady traffic noise, especially from trucks on Hwy 306. One bed frame squeaked just from walking across the floor, and between that and the traffic, we couldn't get a good night's sleep. I let property management know and hope they've fixed the bed.
