What keeps bringing us back is the care in the small details. Jamanda, the night desk clerk, and her manager Calvin are always gracious and courteous, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and breakfast is delicious. They even have non-dairy milk for the mornings when I want cereal, something I haven’t found at most BW properties I’ve visited. My husband and I have stayed overnight several times, and every visit has been great. I’ve been to dozens of BW hotels around the US, and BW Palo Duro Canyon is easily my favorite.

We’d gladly stay here again if we return. It’s about 15 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon State Park and an hour and a half from Caprock Canyons State Park. The double queen room had plenty of space for four adults, and the shower was hot with excellent pressure. Breakfast was a substantial hot meal in a clean dining area. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and any concerns were taken care of right away. We were especially grateful for such a good stay on Thanksgiving, after a long time without one.

We came to see the Canyon in a cold, snowy January, and the room stayed warm. Breakfast was warm too, and the staff were very kind. We were happy with the service during our stays and would recommend this place. Thank you!

The only things that kept this from being a full five stars for me were the stiff bed and the lack of USB outlets. The front desk kindly supplied a plug with USB, though. Staff there were very kind, and both the lobby and breakfast area were pleasant. The whole place is well kept, with very clean, nice rooms. I was very pleased.

We were in town for a funeral, mostly cousins, and our party used four rooms, including at least one connected suite. We spent 42 nights there and all had a very comfortable stay. The front desk folks were kind and attentive, the room was very clean, and the dining room served a full breakfast. The coffee was very good too.
