The house is in a quiet area with good neighbors, and we felt very safe there. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a terrace with a pool. The house itself was clean, but unfortunately the dishes and cutlery weren't. The dishwasher was unusable and completely rusted. The pool was low on water, so the pump wasn't running and the pool wasn't clean. Its heater was broken too, leaving it cold and unusable. None of this had been checked before we arrived, so we'd paid for a house with a pool but couldn't use it. You can tell the current owner has put the house up for sale; a lot of things feel basic and cheaply done. There wasn't much compensation for the trouble either. The property managers deserve credit for trying to fix what they could. They immediately got us new dishes and installed a dishwasher. The owner's handling of the problems, though, would only deserve one star.
