Sun Chaser

The location is a 10 out of 10, right on the beach and just steps from the water. It sits in the middle of the peninsula where we wanted to be, with no homes in front or behind to bother you. The beach in front is especially empty, even compared with the already quiet beaches elsewhere. It's nicely secluded. The house itself is clean and simple, but a little old, much like a 10 year old tract home inside, so I'd give it 3 out of 5. The amazing views and location make up for that. The deck seems fairly new, without the aging, splintering wood I've seen at most places. The house is a little pricey, but in line with other local rentals and probably toward the higher end of the mid-range for interior quality and location. There are more luxury rentals farther down the peninsula, though they often have more rooms and space than needed. I doubt they are as close to the water as this one.
