The building and decor are dated, but the place is affordable, clean, and has great parking. Inside, it’s quiet and spacious, and the staff are every bit as warm and welcoming as the pink walls and red floors. Definitely worth looking past the cover. I’d give it 9.5 stars if I could. ❤️

Our room was tucked away at the back, and the parking lot was really well lit. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean, and the owner was friendly. It’s an older motel, but it’s been well maintained. You do have to go 15 miles from the expressway and it’s off the beaten path, though we were glad we chose it over the motels in Litchfield with less than stellar reviews. There’s also an excellent Mexican restaurant across the street.

The pillows, all of them, had black hairs on them. The hot water took forever to heat up, and there was so much cigarette gunk on the drapes they looked like a different color. It’s very outdated. This place is a dive.

The area around the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the price was a steal. I booked at the last minute, but they had a room ready for me. It was clean, the bathroom was stocked, and the bed was almost more comfortable than the one I have at home. I had a wonderful experience here.

Coffee and muffins were available for breakfast, and the bed was springy but firm. Check-in was quick and friendly, even late at night. It’s a great option for the price, with clean rooms and a retro feel. A great Route 66 motel. I’d stay again.
