Sleep Inn Carlisle South

My daughter is no longer at that facility, but I wanted to thank you all and let you know how much I appreciate you. God bless you. With love and gratitude, Pat McCauley. This is at least a five star motel. When you go there regularly for one year, you know the best! I stayed here regularly for a year because it’s the best. Sam, you’ve been so wonderful, caring, and compassionate. Tracy, Mandy, and Kim from last year, as well as the morning breakfast lady, were just as caring. You always asked about my daughter and showed concern for me knowing I had such a long drive. My rooms were always spotless, and you made sure I was accommodated with my disability. You’ll never be forgotten.

The heat and AC barely worked, the bathroom was dirty and had a little mold, and there were drink stains, random hair, dirty pillows, and a couple of questionable stains in the room. This was supposed to be a Valentine’s stay, but it turned out more disastrous than any other hotel I could’ve booked cheaper. I’d take my business elsewhere. The guy at check-in spoke very little English, which I don’t mind. But after my niece and nephew came to my room to be picked up by their parents, I got a call not even ten minutes after I’d bought the room, asking 50 questions about how many people would be staying, when they were leaving, and who they were. They kept watching us at the front desk, and the whole thing started to feel creepy. Whenever we went out or anywhere, he seemed to be watching and wanted to know what we were doing. We’d also called earlier to ask when breakfast was, and he questioned us all over again on the phone: what room we were in, who we were, and why we needed to know.

We had a lovely family stay at this quiet, beautiful place. The pool was warm and great for a chilly evening swim. Tracy was especially kind when I left a few things behind and helped send them back to me. I'm so grateful, and we'll stay here again. Definitely 5 out of 5, I recommend it.

Getting here is easy since the hotel is right off the Carlyle exit. Our room was neat, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual, but the person cleaning up was quick to help.
