The TV didn't work, and the beds and sheets were stained when we arrived. Breakfast was just cookies or tiny mini muffins, with the smallest coffee cups. The room keys never worked. I waited, rang the bell, and called for 15-20 minutes with my dog, trying to get back into my room, before someone who seemed to have been sleeping finally came out of the back room.

The only thing going for this place was how close it was to the event location that brought us into town. The building is very dated, with an ashtray built into the wall, and the hallway had been sprayed with an odor eater. The advertised free breakfast was homemade blueberry muffins and coffee, which isn't breakfast. They said that was due to COVID protocol, even though this was the first hotel or motel where we'd had maid service since COVID. They made the bed, brought fresh towels, and took out the trash. There was a coffee machine and cups in the room, but no coffee packs. The AC had only one speed, HIGH, and the sink and tub had no stoppers. I'm a disabled veteran missing my lower leg below the knee, and when I asked for a shower chair, they said they didn't have one. We won't stay here next year.

The beds were really soft and comfortable, and I loved the shower: great pressure and properly hot water. The front desk was kind and helpful, and the room was neat and clean. I had a smoking room, and it smelled like normal cigarette smoke, which was okay. I stayed Monday night 12/31/18 into Tuesday morning 1/1/19. The hallways were a bit dark and gloomy and could use better lighting. Still, it's a great quiet place to relax. I'm planning to come back in 2 weeks. See you soon!

We travel all over the US hauling freight and spend 20 to 25 nights a month in hotels. This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. We paid $119 plus tax and a $50 deposit for a nonsmoking room, but it smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and toilet seat, plus a hole burned in the bed blanket. The shower was so filthy we wouldn't use it. We showed pictures and explained the problem at the lobby; the staff member apologized and gave us another room. That bathroom looked as if someone had used the towels to clean up after a “good time” and then hung them back up. There was still water in the sink, and “down there” hair was all over the floor, toilet, shower, and sink. Wyndham should be embarrassed to put its name on this hotel.
