Absolutely loved this place. The beach view is great, and the shops are close by. I’ll be back.

We had three small children with us, including an infant and a young toddler. Before check-in, we spent a full week trying to reach the property without success. We’d been told there would be a pack and play, but when we arrived on a Tuesday, nobody was working at the front desk and none had been put in the unit. We had to go out and buy one, which disrupted our day. The bathroom ceiling showed clear water damage and what looked to me like mold cleanup, and the closet door glass was cracked. On the second day, an electrician was scheduled to fix what they called a “sparking outlet for the microwave.” They knew about the issue, so I don’t understand why they rented the unit to a family with young children. We had to leave while the work was done, disrupting the kids’ nap. I’d told them to wait until we left, but they went ahead. The manager called it an emergency. When I asked why they’d rented to us if they knew about it, they said it wasn’t a big deal and the electrician was quick. That didn’t make the situation feel safe, or sound like it had been fixed before check-in. Communication and customer service were very poor. The location is fantastic, but I wouldn’t stay again unless a different property company ran it. They said they’d reimburse one day and the pack and play, around $250. We tried to be reasonable, though in hindsight we should have asked for a full refund given all the problems and the manager’s rudeness. They sent $200, then ignored my messages and refused to cover the day and pack and play. I hadn’t agreed that the amount was fair. I’d never left a bad review before, but this experience went above and beyond. I told them I’d write one, and they didn’t seem to care. They’re welcome to dispute this and share their side. For more reviews, look up capital asset management on Google, since that’s the company managing the property. Edit, 2/15/24: In response to the company, when they say they had my “permission” to enter, it was to assess an issue they later told me they already knew about. They said they’d let me know how long the work would take and whether they could do it. They never told me how long. Instead I was told the sparking outlet had to be fixed immediately as an “EMERGENCY.” If there was “no danger,” why was it urgent to fix while guests were renting the unit? A smart business would either wait until it wasn’t rented, if there was no danger, or not rent it at all. They wasted our full day and still wouldn’t reimburse us for it or the pack and play. I never agreed to the price they said they considered fair. As for the mold, take a look yourself when you get there. That’s my opinion, and everyone can have their own. I never said the stay was pleasant, and I never discussed all these issues with them in person. It was by phone or text, which I can provide. The only in-person discussion was about the pack and play, and their offer to give me one was redundant because I’d already bought one. I don’t know why they said they were shocked by my review. This was the worst experience I’ve had for the money, and they should be ashamed. I hope people make the right choice and say no thanks to this company. Avoid.

Twenty of us stayed here and everyone was happy with their villas. Our group of nine fit perfectly in villa 5. It was well maintained, with comfortable beds and a kitchen that had pretty much what we needed. The balcony view was lovely morning and afternoon. Some light gets into the bedroom early, so better blinds or blackout curtains would help, and the hall bathroom shower pressure was very low. The cleaning crew was awesome and did what they could to help while they were there. The beach is just steps away, and the pool was clean, with a rinse-off shower right beside it. We’ll definitely return.

Unit 5 has a spacious layout and is a good choice if you have enough people. The location is awesome. Beds were okay, but the blinds let in a lot of bright morning sun, so pack a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. There’s laundry on site, but you’ll need quarters. You can rinse off from the beach in the shower by the pool. There’s no AC, though being near the beach and having fans worked just fine.
