It's always relaxing here, very quiet, and extremely clean. I've been coming twice a year for the last 2 years. Unit 135 is the one to stay in.

Right across the street from the beach, and the heated pool is fantastic. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Perfect.

Sunset Shores in Carpintería puts you just steps from the beach, shops, and places to eat. My unit was fully furnished, really cute, and had a balcony looking out at the beach. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it.

It's a nice timeshare very close to the beach, with restaurants an easy walk away.

The location is perfect: cross the street to the best beach, or walk up the street to downtown Carpinteria. There's a pool, jacuzzi, and three common areas with new barbecues. The rooms and grounds are pristine, and the maintenance crew and other staff keep everything running smoothly. It's a friendly, almost magical little community of workers, permanent residents, and vacationers. Most people return every year, which says a lot about the place.
