Eagle's Den Suites Carrizo Springs a Travelodge by Wyndham

One side of the bed was soft and easy to sleep on, while the other was too hard. Apart from that, it was good. I didn’t know they don’t serve breakfast. It was my first time at a travel log.

The staff were incredible, with hospitality far beyond what I expected. The parking lot felt safe, with cameras monitoring it and plenty of light. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot, and the water pressure was strong.

It’s set back from the main road, so it stays nice and quiet, and Walmart is right across the street for groceries. The rooms are clean and kept in good shape. Having a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer in every room is a real bonus.

For $48 plus tax, we got a clean, roomy one-bedroom apartment. It was much better than being squeezed into a small hotel room. I’d have rated it five stars if there had been a pool and hot tub.
