The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the Wi-Fi was quick. I could check out at noon without an extra charge, and parking was free right outside, including a reserved spot for Diamond Members. I booked at the last minute after a flight delay and was glad I did. The location worked well for getting around, with the hotel beside CA-91 and about 20 minutes from LAX, 19 from Knott’s Berry Farm, 22 from Disneyland, 29 from Universal Studios, 15 from Aquarium of the Pacific, and 20 from Downtown LA and many well-known sights. There’s a decent pool and spa, a gym, business and meeting rooms, laundry, and a roomy breakfast area with TVs. Breakfast is free and served from 6 to 10 a.m. If you arrive after midnight, contact the front desk or ring the bell since the entrance is locked for security. Hope you enjoy your next vacation!

The front desk team was fantastic. When I called about a room problem, they fixed it right away. The kitchen was a very different experience. On my Dec 18-19 stay, I found yogurt dated as expired in August, and other guests had it too. I showed one of the kitchen staff, who walked away, so I asked guests to check theirs. I found two more expired yogurts and brought them to the desk, where someone took action. I emailed Hilton about it and didn’t eat there. It made me question whether the other food was stored and handled properly, and whether items like oatmeal are being kept past their dates. If something as simple as checking a date is missed, it’s hard to know what else might be going wrong. I can’t understand how yogurt four months out of date was being served.

Juan was especially kind and courteous, and the front desk staff are always so friendly. I come here whenever I’m in town for work, and the rooms have been clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included, which is handy, and the coffee is delicious. Such a hidden gem!

Juan made check-in easy and welcomed us warmly. He also found us a room near the elevator because of my knee, which I really appreciated. My husband and I always have a good stay here. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and we liked the breakfast. No complaints, we’ll definitely come back.
