Hampton Inn Raleigh/Cary

Having our baby in the NICU at Wake Med hospital for 4 days was a hard time for us. We spent 2 nights at the hospital and the other 2 at this nearby hotel. The receptionist who got us checked in was so kind and understanding, and helped us get a room as soon as possible. Every staff member we met treated us with care and checked in daily about our baby. We really appreciated them all. The breakfast lady made delicious food, kept everything spotless, and asked about the baby too, which made us feel looked after. The staff deserve recognition for their professionalism and hospitality, and they’re doing the best they can with what they have. We’re grateful for how kindly everyone treated us. Shoutout to the whole team, may God bless them ❤️

I’ve stayed here a couple of times lately for work and would come back. The staff were professional and wonderful, the hot breakfast had a nice full selection, and the rooms kept outside noise out really well.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made everything easy. They were friendly, professional, and ready to help. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices, and the gym was tidy and well kept. The pool was empty because it was out of season, though the area looked cared for. The building is somewhat dated, and the walls don’t block much sound, so I could hear neighbors talking or snoring. Still, it’s a well maintained place with good service, and I’d stay again.

We’d booked 3 nights, but after the first one we left for somewhere else. The room was filthy, with stained, worn carpet, dirty walls and baseboards, beat-up furniture, poor lighting, and a bad smell. The whole place felt unsanitary and badly in need of a deep clean and remodel. We couldn’t wait to get out. Hilton and Hampton Inn should be embarrassed to have their names on this property.
