Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary

The location made it easy to get to shops and nearby restaurants. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant too, with good food and a friendly, attentive server. Check-in went smoothly, the staff were welcoming, and our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The bed made for a great night’s sleep. I’d recommend staying here.

The event we attended in December was lovely, and the hotel was a good place to stay for it. I often choose Hilton because the service is reliably good, and that held true here. Kevin and Liz were helpful and kind with my check-in questions, and Stephanie took care of some personal concerns for me. The rooms were clean, the location was good, and the whole team was professional and accommodating. I wish I’d caught more names. I’d come back for another event or if I needed a place in the area.

Getting here was easy from several directions, with shops, restaurants, parks, and downtown nearby but not right in the middle of everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they let us check in as soon as our room was ready. I knew renovations were underway when I booked, but the place was spotless from the parking lot and lobby to the elevators, hallways, and our room. It was surprisingly quiet too. Work wrapped up by 5pm each day and never bothered us. I’d recommend it for its cleanliness, value, location, amenities, and friendly service. Looking forward to coming back.

I spent 22 nights here for work, and the people made the stay. Everyone was polite, professional, accommodating, and, above all, friendly and human. Whenever I had a request or a small issue, it was handled with courtesy. I can’t remember all the names, but Ms. Kyi, Ms. Julie, Ms.Gigi, and Mr Ethan really stood out to me. Their care felt genuine. Thank you, I’ll be back.
