Executive Inn Cass City

I asked for a refund after checking out early and never received it. The bed was small and uncomfortable, there was plastic over the smoke detector, and the cleanliness seemed questionable.

The breakfast buffet could use a few more choices, but I had a fantastic stay at The Executive inn. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the manager was friendly and helpful, with great local restaurant recommendations. The motel is conveniently close to the town center. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

We booked a last-minute family vacation with our dog, and the property manager was super nice and accommodating. The vinyl floors were more comfortable, and the sheets were clean with running water, which is what you'd expect. Breakfast is self-serve, handy if you're on the go. I'd stay here again.

Good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and the old AC worked well. The rest of the room needed attention: the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets paper thin, the box spring looked old and dirty, the chairs were heavily stained, and there were holes in the walls. The view seemed nice until we noticed old mattresses outside our room. WiFi didn't work, the ice machine was out of order, and the front door knob was broken. We only stayed because this was the only hotel or motel nearby with availability, so next time we'll plan ahead. Updates are definitely needed.
