The sauna was a relaxing, fun part of our stay, and dinner at the restaurant was great too. We spent New Year’s 2026 at the lodge, where the view from our room was stunning. Jessie, the main manager, and the reception team made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Such a peaceful place to unwind from city life. Highly recommend!

We came to see the waterfalls and got a balcony room in the main lodge. There was plenty of space, with two chairs, a couch, a fireplace, a king bed, and the usual amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and since it was off season, the price was incredibly reasonable. I might be too cheap to pay that in high season, but we’ll probably be back for more waterfalls.

We were ready to leave almost as soon as we arrived. My friend had booked online for three nights under the offer to book two and get one free, but we discovered an over $100 resort fee that we hadn’t known about. After walking down a dark hall and taking the elevator, we found a room that didn’t look much like the website photo. We also couldn’t find the pool because there was no signage. The clerk initially said they might be able to refund the resort fee, though we eventually got the full room fee credited back. Until they update the place, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We’re home now after a great stay. The room was nice and the food was incredible. I’d suggest making coffee available earlier for guests. Highly recommend!

The snow globe experience was great, and I loved the fondue board, the port we ordered, and their whiskey selection. It’s heated, but still a little chilly, so dress warmly!
