Pocono Ridge Inn

Having a good gym matters to me, so I was surprised by how well equipped theirs was. I got a full body workout in each day, with a wide range of dumbbells, a proper rack, and plenty of machines for every muscle group. For a place tucked in the Poconos, it was much better than I expected. The rooms were warm and cozy, the beds comfortable, and the showers stayed hot every time, which made a difference after days out in the cold. The facility was spotless and clearly cared for. Satish, our caretaker, was a big part of what made the stay memorable. He welcomed us right away and was friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. He answered every question and took care of what we needed before we had to ask. He was patient and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort. We enjoyed our time at Pocono Ridge Inn and will absolutely come back. It’s clean and comfortable, and the people running it truly care.

Charlie made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. He really is the light of that inn! It was a cozy fit for my weekend getaway, and I’d recommend a visit. I’ll most likely come back. Charlie said renovations to the pool and a spa are coming soon, which is exciting.

The room was clean and very comfortable, and the inn felt incredibly quiet and welcoming. My husband and I stayed a few weeks ago for vacation and got a warm welcome from the on-site manager, Josh I think. The inn is being updated right now. We’ll definitely visit again on our next trip to PA.

The property manager reached out when he realized I’d be arriving late, so he could be there to check me in. I appreciated how attentive and caring he was. I also found the entrance easy to spot in the dark. I picked the inn by chance for a night on my way out of town. My room was clean and had a K-cup coffee maker, and the gym was well equipped. The internet was reliable too. I plan to stay here again when I visit Shawnee in the future.
